The JSONB column is where eligibility logic goes to die.

Every Seed-stage real-estate-finance shop feels the pull: "just throw the deal data in a JSONB column, we'll structure it later."

Later never comes. Here's what you inherit instead:

Schema drift across every program — no two deals shaped the same.
